Rosendahl Nextrom – Knowledge safely accessible with MyGPT
Background
We at Rosendahl Nextrom wanted a RAG system that would allow us to query our internal data in a targeted way using an LLM — naturally in compliance with data protection regulations and without our data ever being used for training purposes.
We also needed a separate GPT interface that has no access to internal data and queries only the underlying LLMs — likewise under strict data protection requirements.
Solution
Using the SharePoint Connector from Leftshift One, we were able to build a RAG system in a short period of time that makes internal data precisely and securely searchable.
In addition, with FreeChat we have a privacy-compliant GPT interface at our disposal that operates independently of internal data and enables access to the common OpenAI language models.
This combination meets our requirements for security, flexibility and technical performance.
