What happens in my 1st month at Leftshift One?
In the first month, you will be introduced to our processes and immerse yourself in the world of AI. Pretty soon you are an active part of the team, moving freely in your agile environment, always supported by your mentor & buddy.
How does my 2nd month at Leftshift One look like?
In the second month, you grow more and more into your area of responsibility and take on your first projects. You are an active player in your team. If you have any questions about processes or anything else, you can always contact your buddy.
Where do I stand after my 3rd month with Leftshift One?
You represent your team in overarching projects and work on more complex tasks. You make a full contribution. You can get feedback and tips from your mentor at any time, who will continue to support you in your development.
